What we collect

When you subscribe to Surge FBA, your name, email address and payment details are collected by Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your card data is handled — we never see your card numbers. Your Discord username is collected once you join the server.

What we don't

This website sets no cookies and runs no tracking scripts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregate-only, meaning it collects no personal data about individual visitors.

How we use your data

We use your name and email to provide membership, manage your billing and send you service-related emails. We never sell your data to third parties and never send marketing emails you have not explicitly asked for.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, erase, port or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email [email protected].

Retention

Billing records are kept for as long as legally required. Discord data associated with your account is removed upon request when you leave the server.
