The service

Surge FBA is a paid Discord community providing arbitrage leads, supplier information, guides & support to members. The leads, prices and supplier information shared in the server are time-sensitive. Availability and prices at retailers change without notice, which means leads may no longer be viable by the time you attempt to act on them. The information provided is for educational purposes and remains subject to real-world changes beyond our control.

Membership & billing

Membership costs £24.99 per month via Stripe, following a 7-day free trial. The exact date of your first charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your subscription. You may cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges, and your access to the server ends at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

The 7-day free trial is our try-before-you-buy mechanism, giving you full access to evaluate the service. Charges already made are non-refundable except where UK consumer law requires otherwise. If you cancel within seven days of your trial start, you will not be charged.

Acceptable use

You agree not to share, resell or republish leads, supplier lists or guides outside the Discord server. This includes sharing access with others or reposting information to external platforms, communities or groups. Breach of this term will result in immediate removal from the server without refund.

No guarantees

Surge FBA is an educational and informational service. We do not guarantee earnings or profitability of any kind. The leads we share are vetted at the time of posting, but prices move, stock sells out and your results depend entirely on your speed, available capital and your own buying decisions. Nothing in this service constitutes financial advice.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to fees you have paid in the previous three months. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time with notice posted in the server. Your continued membership following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
